Getting Ready for Installation

  • Appliances must fit the available space and access path.
  • Required utility connections and openings must be ready and compatible.
  • Installation scope depends on the appliance, site conditions, manufacturer requirements, and applicable local requirements.
  • New utility lines, circuit changes, cabinet or countertop modifications, and ductwork alterations are not included in standard installation unless separately assessed and agreed upon.
  • Gas and electrical work is performed only within FBE's authorized service scope and by appropriately qualified personnel where required.
