Gas and electric cooktop installation in properly prepared countertop openings with compatible existing utility connections.
Getting Ready for Installation
- Appliances must fit the available space and access path.
- Required utility connections and openings must be ready and compatible.
- Installation scope depends on the appliance, site conditions, manufacturer requirements, and applicable local requirements.
- New utility lines, circuit changes, cabinet or countertop modifications, and ductwork alterations are not included in standard installation unless separately assessed and agreed upon.
- Gas and electrical work is performed only within FBE's authorized service scope and by appropriately qualified personnel where required.
