Job application forms collect contact details, address, work history, qualifications, availability, answers to background questions, a typed signature, and documents you upload such as a resume, driver's license, DOT medical card, insurance, or W-9.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, evaluate applications, and communicate with you. Submissions are stored in our website platform and are available only to authorized FBE Final Mile management. We send email notifications about submissions to our team and confirmation emails to applicants.
